hello hello! my name is michael, i'm an 18 year old college freshman (anthropology major!) not from but living in north new jersey. i'm various flavors of artist, but i specialize in writing and musical theatre related stuff (acting, performing, etc). i'm a huge theater kid, but i'm also a huge history/film/music/writing nerd. or, really, just a general nerd.

some more stuff about me: i identify as a particularly complex flavor of queer, but i think i'm best described as a genderqueer-ish transsexual (i use he/him and she/her pronouns) and an aromantic-spectrum gay guy. i have autism and adhd, and while that impacts every area of my life, that especially impacts the way i enjoy my interests--meaning, when i get into stuff, i tend to get REALLY into it, if only for a little while.

i have lots and lots of fandom-y interests. right now, my primary interest is rocky horror picture show--i'm absolutely OBSESSED with that movie, i'm getting to the point where i could recite it from memory. i'm super into shadow casts as well, and i'm always looking for ones in my area (there's one that does a show every first saturday of the month in my town and i always go to those, but i love finding more!), so if you know any, please tell me!

some of my other fandom-y interests include: gravity falls, homestuck, lupin the third, team fortress 2, starkid musicals, lots of other musicals, vocaloid, ultrakill (greatest video game ever!!), my chemical romance + will wood (the only music artist fandoms i'm in)

i know everyone on here is probably much much older than i am, but i hope nobody minds ^-^ i just enjoy talking to all different sorts of people, especially if we like similar stuff and especially especially if we're from the same places!
